I had Eric and his team do several of the roofs in my rental portfolio. Comparing "investor friendly" roofers I've used in the past, there is no comparison. you get what you pay for and I couldn't even tell they were there. the cleanup and immaculate and they treated each of my tenants with respect and were very accommodating. would recommend to anyone.
I can’t speak highly enough for this company and its employees. We have had an our heating and cooling replaced, build a a beautiful patio and had gutters installed with them over the last few years. I have used companies for other projects and none of them have stood up to the workmanship and professionalism as them! Their quotes have come in very reasonable and they stand by their word!! If I had to call them for any issues they have responded promptly every time. Their employees are polite and courteous. If you’re looking for just about anything to be done inside and outside of your home or business I would recommend them highly hands down!!!
We had someone come out and service my two AC units and blower, the tech was really friendly and did a through job. He encouraged me to watch him work and explained to me a lot about the units and how to take care of them between service.
Eric and his team did an excellent job of transforming an outdoor space into an inviting retreat. I would highly recommend them. They performed the work fast, efficiently and on time.
Always been fast, reliable and affordable!!!! Hands down able to tackle and manage any project you throw their way! Always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! I highly recommend Eric and Team for ANY of your home project needs!!! He is the only contractor we will call!
The crew that came and replaced my roof were outstanding! They were very professional and personable. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and nothing for me to do. I HIGHLY recommend Urban Estates roofing and home services.

Urban Estates and team was punctual polite and very knowledgeable on an insurance Roofing claim that kept denying us . Eric Gomez with UE showed up on scheduled adjuster appointments and got not only the roof bought 100% but also got us new gutters bought from this insurance. Could not be any happier .Thanks again Urban Esrates Roofing &Home Services could not be any happier . Would highly recommend
